Endto.ai is an AI-powered platform that provides content generation services including but not limited to image generation, document creation, video production, and design workflows.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Create deepfakes or misleading content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Spam, harass, or abuse other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the service for competitive analysis or reverse engineering
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Endto.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you generate using our service, subject to the terms of your subscription plan. We may use anonymized data to improve our services.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display content you generate solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our refund policy or contact support for assistance.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Endto.ai and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Endto.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our site prior to the effective date of the changes.
